Relaxation is not just good for you, it is good for your baby. The more you can relax in pregnancy the more relaxed your baby will become. Make relaxation a priority and dedicate an hour a week to yourself and your baby.
Each class has a specific focus to enable you to enjoy thinking about a particular aspect of your pregnancy and birth.
This class is suitable from 12 weeks. All physical abilities can take part (this is not Yoga so don’t let PGP/SPD hold you back!)
Bring along a yoga mat, pillow and blanket so you can be super comfortable during your relaxation time!
